Style
Made from a single vintage, only the ripest, juiciest, most intensely flavoured grapes are selected for the winemaking process. This involves large oak vats, smaller oak barrels, and up to six years of maturation. All completely worth it, we think you’ll agree.
Goes well with
Stronger, hard cheeses. It is also well-acquainted with dark chocolate desserts such as mousse or tart. A perfect partner to after dinner conversations that stretch on long into the early hours.
