Cockburn’s Fine Tawny port
Ginger beer
Angostura Bitters
Method
Fill a tall glass with ice
Pour 70ml of Cockburn’s Fine Tawny port
Top up with 140ml Ginger Beer
Splash in a few drops of Angostura bitters
Garnish with 2 blueberries, 1 raspberry, and a sprig of mint
